Contents:
The added scientific value the BIP brings refers to using state-of-the-art technology from the Geodetic Engineering domain such as LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) – terrestrial laser scanning and UAS (Unmanned Aerial Systems) – drones for realizing engineering works. Moreover, another major advantage the BIP offers the students is learning to work in teams and multicultural environments. The 13 days of face-to-face activities, with a workload of eight hours a day, which include theoretical and practical classes, workshops and visits to laboratories represent an experience which enriches the intercultural experience, by combining traditions from the host country of the BIP with the interaction between students, teachers and the representatives of private companies’ sector.
Application:
- Students from partner universities are pre-selected and nominated by their home institution to incoming@upt.ro before June 28th, 2024.
- Students from other universities are welcome to express their interest by e-mailing to incoming@upt.ro a cover letter containing their motivation for participation before June 28th, 2024.
